Privacy policy

LIVA only keeps what it needs to run your wardrobe: it has no ads, does no behavioural analytics and never sells or shares your data.
1. Who is responsible
[NOM DE L'EMPRESA], with tax ID [NIF] and registered address at [ADREÇA], is the controller of your data in LIVA (the iPhone app, the app's web version and this website). For any privacy question: [email protected].

We don't ask for photos, location, contacts or payment details. LIVA Plus payments are handled by Apple: we never see your card.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We don't build marketing profiles or make automated decisions that affect you. Habits statistics are calculated only to show them to you.
4. Who helps us provide the service
These providers process data on our behalf under contract. Some are US companies: in those cases transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. What is stored on your phone or browser
LIVA stores on your device your signed-in session, language, reminder settings and whether you've already seen certain messages. They are needed for the app to work and are not used to track you. This website (livania.app) stores nothing: no cookies and no other data. Morning and evening reminders are prepared on your phone from your calendar: they don't go through any notification server.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and wardrobe data: for as long as you have an account.
- If you delete your account (My profile → Delete my account), the account and all pieces, outfits, calendar and wears are deleted immediately. Backups disappear within 14 days at most.
- Technical logs: about 5 days.
- Data the law requires us to keep: for as long as the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, port or restrict your data, and object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. We'll reply within one month. You can do many of these things yourself in the app (edit or delete pieces, change your name, delete your account).
If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Minimum age
You must be 14 or older to create an account.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change anything important, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. The date above shows the latest version.
